EDUCATION CLASSES
WEDNESDAYS 7.30 - 9.00 pm. - Beginners and Intermediates
This group runs in term time for ten weeks and starts in September, January and April respectively. There are two groups that run simultaneously, the beginners awareness and the follow on group. The beginners is for anyone looking to start there spiritual journey and it offers a different subject each week, rather like a taster. The intermediates group is for people who have completed the beginners group and wish to continue their development. It is run by Brian Bowring and is a structured class. Both classes have a meditation each week and afterwards there is a chance to have a chat over tea and biscuits. The cost is £5 per week or £4 for members of the Centre.
